1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

Web Development Services

We provide responsive website development, e-commerce solutions, SEO-optimized development, and custom web applications. All websites are built to be fast, lightweight, and conversion-focused.

Mobile App Development

We specialize in native Android applications including consumer-facing apps, enterprise solutions, and apps with AI/voice integration. Offline functionality and API integration are standard features.

Custom Software

Our bespoke software solutions include business intelligence dashboards, custom CRM/ERP modules, workflow automation, and secure admin panels tailored to your business needs.

3. Project Process

3.1 Discovery & Planning: We begin with requirement analysis and project planning.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the final delivered product including source code, designs, and documentation.

4.2 Our Rights: We retain rights to our proprietary frameworks, libraries, and development methodologies.

4.3 Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (fonts, images, APIs) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Payments & Pricing

5.1 Quotes: Project quotes are valid for 30 days and may be adjusted for significant scope changes.

5.2 Payment Schedule: Typically 50% upfront, 25% at milestone, 25% upon completion.

5.3 Maintenance Plans: Ongoing support services are billed monthly or annually as per chosen plan.

5.4 Payment Gateway

Payments for services and digital products are processed through Razorpay (Subject under approval), which acts solely as a payment gateway.

Razorpay does not sell, resell, or provide any services or products offered by us.

All payments are received directly by WECANGET TECHNOLOGIES.

5.5 GST & Taxation

As per the Goods and Services Tax laws in India, GST registration is applicable upon crossing the prescribed aggregate turnover

threshold under Section 22 of the CGST Act, 2017.

Currently, GST is not applicable to transactions as the turnover is below the threshold limit.

Invoices issued are non-GST invoices.

GST will be charged and a tax invoice will be issued only if and when GST registration becomes applicable as per law.
