Our refund policy for digital products and services
This policy applies to all digital products purchased from WECANGET TECHNOLOGIES including website templates, HTML blocks, PHP templates, CSS packs, study app templates, and game templates.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund because you have received value in the form of digital files that cannot be returned.
We do not provide refunds for digital products after purchase. Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
In certain exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our discretion:
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
If the product is completely non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue
Significant difference between advertised features and actual product

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Free updates for minor version releases (e.g., 1.0 to 1.1).
